职位描述:

To go align with the continuous growing of Buhler Group in China, we are looking for the talent to perform duties in relation to the recruitment and selection process. This position delivers high quality professional level candidates and advances the company’s brand. He/She will be responsible:

-Conduct the Need Analysis for assigned positions with support from Recruitment Supervisor

-Publish the clarified job advertisement on dedicated channel;

-Review applicants’ resume and screen out the qualified candidates;

-Prepare the qualified resume to hiring managers;

-Arrange the interview and work with hiring managers to propose the employment suggestion;

-Prepare the on related documents to support the on boarding procedure;

- Management of recruitment records and analysis reports;

- Support in New Tools / Process set up and improvement in recruitment

- Support in the New Employee Orientation to new comer;

- Keep care to new comer

任职要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management or related

- At least 2 years of Human Resources work experience in industrial companies / Headhunter

- Be TRRIP (Trust, Recognition, Respect, Involvement, Passion) spirit and sense of "customer oriented" & "team work" ;

- Capable of effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines;

- Good at English communication, at least written English;

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically word processing
