Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of claim professionals in charge of claim adjudications and settlements, ensuring prompt, accurate and equitable customer service
2. Ensure claim enquiries, helpline calls, complaints, litigations, and emergency actions are handled promptly and in a professional manner
3. In charge of managing the claim handling procedures effectively and efficiently
4. Conduct periodic reserve reconciliation/adequacy review of outstanding claims and self-audit
5. Develop claim activities reporting and statistic analysis to ensure all service metrics are satisfied
6. Identify potential claim risks and aggressively pursue of solution and result
7. Participate in product development, sales process and scripts review, and training for all sales channels
8. Manage relationship with the third party administrators
9. Continue to enhance job knowledge of subordinates in conjunction with their career development goals
10. Ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirement:
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably major in clinical medicine
2. 5-year experience in insurance claim operation and management, with proper claims financial authority
3. Experience in resolving claim related complaints and litigations
4. Experience in team project, system development, testing and enhancement
Skills:
1. Strong internal/risk control focus, incentive of closely keeping up with all governing changes
2. Strong customer service drive and spirit of team play
3. Proficiencies in English, AS400 and MS office utilities (Assess/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
4. Highly skillful in interpersonal skill and ability to adjust to peak workload
