Job Objects:

Job Description
-Create and maintain a master schedule that supports business forecast, including establishing lead-times, lot sizes and safety stocks, achieve the inventory goals
-Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution
-Directs production planning to ensure on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments
-Conduct capacity planning and provide input to manufacturing regarding anticipated machine capacity issues
-Coordinates with purchasing department changes and updated requirements for purchased goods and materials

Job Requirement
-Good analysis skills/Quick reaction
-Able to work under pressure
-Careful and persistent to details
-Good communication ability
-Excellent team working
- team management experience
-Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of quality
-At least 3 years of planning related experience as planner or above
-Good oral and writing in English
- 4-5 years in planning , with experience preferable in automotive industry
