职位描述
Job Objective工作目标:
-Implement SGHSS sales and marketing strategy.
-Be the contact point between designated customers and SGHSS
-Conduct promotion and sales activities with designated customers
-Conduct sales negotiations, sales contract review and follow up
-Collect and inform about data on customers and market
-Be the customers’ representative in SGHSS
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
-Conduct promotion, training and sales activities with designated customers through regular sales calls/visits (regularity depends on customer importance).
-Get to know the organization of the clients in purchase, engineering/development, quality … and the key people for each project
-For each RFQ : initiate the request for quotation, make the quotation with other SGHSS’ departments (development, quality, production, logistics), conduct sales negotiations with purchase dept., write and review sales contracts and follow up the execution of the contracts.
-French RFQ: Follow SGHSS+SGSI quotation procedure, especially the quotation review by SGHSS and the IKAM.
-Take part in product design and development by being an active APQP member
-Assist SGHSS teams (development, quality, production, logistics, sales administration …) to ensure that we meet the customers’ requests
-Request needed training or corrective/preventive actions to ensure and improve quality
-Market intelligence activities : collect data on customers and market (projects, specs, sales, production plans, competition, prices …)
-Regular reporting to department manager of activities (visit reports, weekly meeting …)
-VA/VE leader(proposal+ implementation)
-Manage a team of local KAM+OEM service center. He is responsible for the team and make sure his team implements SGHSS sales and marketing strategy under his responsibility.
-Get new and profitable business according to SGHSS+SGSI prerequisites.
-Improve SGHSS profitability through VA/VE actions, price evaluation, cost saving, reduction of payment terms.
Job Requirements工作要求
-Education学历: Bachelor degree in any field, engineering is an advantage
-Language语言:
English proficiency : ability to conduct negotiations in English
Good command of Japanese or other language suited to customers’ needs is an advantage
-Computer skill计算机技能: Microsoft Office soft wares (XL, Word, Power Point)
-Work experience工作经验: Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales or in marketing activity. If possible international automotive supplier
-Others to be specified其他:
Good human relationship
Driving license is an advantage (if no, to be obtained within 1 year after hire)
