Job Objective工作目标:
- Check that SAP system is used properly in IM Sector
- Support all information system users
- Improve the information system
- New system implementation

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
- Support all users when issues are raised
- Monitor the use of the system
- Prepare new information flow
- Communicate with global CC for major issues
- Make corrective and preventives actions to improve the overall use of the system
- Assess training needs of all users
- Improve the system: define new procedures, new flows, new reports, new functionalities
- Ensure that the process design conforms to the SAP core models.
- Ensure that SAP systems are configured to meet the requirements of the business :
A) During implementation, work with users to understand local requirements and define how the core models will support them.
B) After the implementation, work with users to resolve system/process issues and update the core models to keep pace with the changes in the business.
- Follow company regulation(e.g. EHS, Quality)

Job Requirements工作要求
Education: Bachelor degree or above in information management and computer science, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, CPA
- Language语言: English: CET-6 or above (Good verbal and written English communication)
- Computer skill计算机技能: SAP, other ERPs, Oracle and/or SQL Database Admininistration, Microsoft Office
- Work experience工作经验:
Professional Skill Requirements :
General ERP or Financial Systems experience (Min 2 Yrs)
Proven ability to work independently when required
