Job Objective工作目标:
-Assist the section manager in setting up the quality system according to business plan；
-Prepare the meeting agendas, reports and follow up for the quality project of suppliers；
-Coordinate all teams to improve supplier quality and performance；
-Plan and perform supplier audits(Potential, process and PPAP audits)；
-Communication with SGSI to approve common suppliers’ performance；
-Coordinate with APQP of the child parts.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
-Make audit plan and implement supplier selection, approval;
-Prepare the meeting agendas, reports and follow up for the quality project of suppliers;
-Coordinate all teams to improve supplier quality and performance;
-Communication with SGSI to approve international suppliers.
-Coordinated the APQP of the childpart, from stage 1 to stage 5 validated by a PPAP for new materials.
-APQP Phase 1:
Provide child parts price proposal according to rough data if requested by PL. (if carry over from existing parts/CKD/ child parts with complete definition, not need to inquire at this phase.)
-APQP Phase 2:
Supplier selection (with sourcing and SQE)Product definition (2D drawing, 3D data, technical/quality requirement, validation plan(supplier side+ SGHSS side), specifications, assembly information, packaging, appearance criterion…)
-APQP Phase 3:Manage the child parts project in the frame of timing schedule. (product quality and validation progress to be followed by SQE, cost and capacity to be followed by sourcing, coordinated by child parts PL. Additional procedure to be setup to define the work break down.)
-APQP Phase 4:PPAP approve of the child parts. (with support of SQE and sourcing, similar remarks as phase 3)
-APQP Phase 5:Supplier SOP and rampup follow up.

-Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
-Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
-Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
-Integrate EHS best practices into all design/product development.

Job Requirements工作要求
-Education学历: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related
fields
-Language语言: English: CET4 or above
-Computer skill计算机技能: Good knowledge of MS-office，MS Project，Basic CAD/CAM skill
-Work experience工作经验: More Quality management knowledge and more than 3years experiences relative supplier quality ;
-Product development skill, APQP experience,
-Others to be specified其他:Development and SQE or Quality relative experiences
