Job Objective工作目标:

1.Manage direct materials procurement and ensure material supply to meet production schedule

2.Ensure optimization of purchasing order, leverage and balance production demands with inventory level

Communicate with different dept, such as development/production/sales/financial/quality on direct materials procurement issues

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

1.Ensure smooth procurement flow and timely material supply

2.Initiate Raw material master Data creation

3.Validate Purchase orders (qty, price, conditions)

4.Follow up new project launch and response to ECN

5.Validate Requests for payment (amount, documentation)

6.Internal communication with related department for issues concerning raw material supply

7.Perform regular supplier evaluation and push supplier for continuous improvement

8.Weekly/Monthly report on materials status

9.Manage direct material purchasing team(tasks, workload), support the team to solve procurement related issue, and review and evaluate performance of the team

10.Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and

l2. Participate in continues improvement project of the company and department

EHS

1. Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.

2. Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.

3. Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

4. Review supplier qualification; and ensure EHS agreement in the on–site service contracts.

5. Ask suppliers to provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for all chemicals in local language and keep it up to date.

Job Requirements工作要求

- Education学历: Bachelor degree or above

- Language语言: English: CET-6 or above, Fluent English speaking and understanding

- Computer skill计算机技能: Excellence in MS Office.

- Work experience工作经验: More than 3years experience in Procurement processes
