职位描述

Position: Channel Sales Manager China - Pumps and Valves

Report to:Asia Sales Director

Location: Shanghai



Responsibilities:


-Be responsible for channel sales of pump and valve via distributor and agent in China mainland.

-Prepare and implement sales plan and achieve the sales target

-Participate in continuous market and competitor screening to participate and support in developing adequate sales strategy in cooperation with the company's management

-Generate plans for growth and management of existing distributors and develop new distributor channel according to regional plan in China.

-Manage China channel sales team

-Take sales calls and presentations to customers

-Provide engineering and technical support to sales and channel partners

-Identify and follow up of sales opportunities

-Provide support on marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, etc.

-Cooperate and communicate closely with Richter’s inside sales team and service department.



Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

-At least 8 years experience in sales and sales management

-Good English skills in speaking and writing

-Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

-Knowledge of centrifugal pumps or process valves or control valves

-Good communication and negotiation skills and adaptability

-Ability and willingness to do frequent domestic travelling

-Proven successful career in sales function in international companies

-Experience in Chinese import regulations is an advantage

-Established relationships to customers in chemical industry and design institutes is an advantage
