职位描述

Location:shenzhen,beijing、shanghai、guangzhou

Scope of Role:
  • Proactively manage existing and prospective clients to achieve agreed cost and revenue and volume targets in respect of the portfolio designated with the objectives to maximize profits whilst minimize bad debts, actively cross-sell the Bank?s other products / services and ensure annual financial budget is met.
  • Develops business plans to ensure that revenue targets are achieved.
  • Works with customers to secure both new business and to deepen the existing business relationship.
  • Has accountability for identifying and developing relationships with critical key new clients
  • Directly manages key relationships with the existing and potential clients in the area of business with a view to leveraging further business and widening the portfolio.
  • Tailors existing products to meet individual customer needs.
  • Acts as a conduit of information on customer preferences, specific product feedback and future product requirements to product management colleagues.
  • Proactively cross sell other Bank?s products and services with emphasis on cash, trade and Global Market products ?. etc.
  • Recommend applications for higher-level credit approval.
  • Provides feedback to marketing and product management colleagues on efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics, and customer experience of the products and services offered.
  • Works closely with counterparts in other countries to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing and product across the network.
  • Pre-marketing call preparations to establish objectives, determine customer requirements and enhance the value of the respective call.
  • Manages credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the bank's policies in place.
  • Early identification on deteriorating credit in order to minimize bad debt to the Bank.
  • Ensure that all administration and necessary documentation associated with applications is done accurately in accordance with laid down procedures and on a timely manner.
  • Responsible for anti-money laundering procedures including rectification new clients and transaction monitoring.
  • Work in partnership with credit analyst to minimize overdue LAs and ensure that they all comply with the Group credit policies.
  • Fosters strong relationships between product management and sales with a view to maximising the potential opportunities associated with integrated delivery.
  • Develops individuals within the team to ensure effective succession planning and secure the future growth of the business.
  • Foster teamwork amongst team members and within WB wherever possible

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

Selection Criteria:
  • University level qualifications in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Banking or Graduate (MBA) / CA.
  • Extensive experience in Financial Institutions business of which at least 2 years in managerial position
  • Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
  • Good knowledge of Bank's products, policies, guidelines, corporate law, and business strategy
  • Knowledge of cash management, trade and global markets products, documentation and associated risks.
  • General understanding of the economic, political and business environment of the region.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for customer needs.
  • Teamwork, decision making and strong inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to interact at a senior level within clients' organisation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation handling skills & CSA qualification.
  • Previous experience of dealing with domestic and foreign banks and experience in handling such clients in banks markets, is a plus..
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness
  • Good English & PC skill
