Work content:
According to market needs,actuarial principles and regulatory guidelines,this position leads pricing analysis and development of new healthcare insurance products for the Company to maximize revenues,recommend risk mitigation arrangement to protect the company from financial risks while balancing business growth needs,and guide and leverage the Actuarial team to support the aggressive growth expectation of the Company's healthcare business.This position is required to support the Business Lead and the Project Management Team in building up the foundation of the business during the formation stage of the business,as well as,play a key role in financial analyses.
1.Lead product development,pricing and CIRC filing
2.Lead product Implementation&maintenance
3.Lead market and product performance monitoring,and periodic premium rate review.
4.Support marketing research and closely monitor China healthcare market development including government health reform initiatives and competition initiatives.
5.Partner with the Business Lead to develop IPMI business plan and lead ad-hoc financial analysis.
6.Lead risk mitigation initiatives including reinsurance in conjunction with Head of Underwriting.

Above 8 years related experience;
