Job Responsibilities:
1.As Equipment Finance Specialist in charge of planning, development, control and promotion of the loan product, apart from policy and control procedure drafting and maintenance
2.Provide specialist advice to relationship managers in Equipment Finance loan structuring and negotiation
3.Provide specialist advice on suitability of specific machines as collateral
4.Upskilling of relationship managers' Equipment Finance knowledge including but not limited to internal experience sharing and seminars.
5.Collection of market intelligence for management reference
6.Conduct customer office/factory visits in accordance with the Equipment Finance loan control procedure
7.Ensure full regulatory and internal policies compliance of Equipment Finance loans booked

Requirements:
1.University degree in business administration or related disciplines
2.Minimum 5 years' experience in Equipment Finance or loan product is preferred
3.Sound knowledge in Equipment Finance loan structuring with cross-selling skills
4.Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
5.Proficiency in both English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua
