Job responsibilities:
1. Lead marketing research to determine the right product, price, solicitation channel for each segment of the IPMI business.
2. Lead product development for the IPMI business from a marketing perspective.
3. Manage campaign testing, setup & evaluation of performance. Partner with CVM to identify the appropriate market segmentation targeting and drive continuous refinement of sales results.
4. Owner of the marketing plan and budget process & execution for the IPMI business; support the senior management to determine the long term marketing strategy.
5. Maintain effective business relationships with sponsors, medical providers and vendors and business partners/stakeholders in the JV, CDSS and other International operations.

6. Lead the IPMI BA team to execute sales plans in the assigned region to achieve sales targets/financial goals.
7. Build & maintain a highly influential, effective and well trained IPMI team.
8. Build and maintain intimate working relationships with all bank branches and BA sales team within the assigned region. Execute differentiated distribution strategies to penetrate different segments including private banking centers, wealth management centers and outlets.
9. Actively monitor sales results and activities plan, promptly implement remedial actions to bridge the gaps/shortfalls if necessary.
10. People development including self-improvement & staff development.
11. Responsible for business development opportunities within assigned region.

Qualifications:
1.Education University degree is required.
2.Work Experience Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Insurance industry. Direct marketing & medical insurance related experience is a plus.

5.Data analytics
6.Insurance knowledge & basic understanding of healthcare environment in China
