Key Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Delinquent Account Management
1.Follow the Group Collection Policy, handle the delinquent Personal Loans, Mortgage & Business Installment Loan and propose way to maximize recoveries
2.Manage and monitor the end-to-end collateral disposal process & litigation process
3.Implement tight control and monitoring to the law firms. Ensure the firms operates at its fullest to minimize legal turnaround time; maximize the recovery for the Bank;

B. Recovery Management
1.Project the monthly recovery figures for the portfolio
2.Design the Law firm scorecard, monitor the legal process; conduct regular review to ensure efficiency;
3.Handle and resolve complaints related to recovery and law firms;
4.Monitor closely the cost involving the team and law firms, work on the budget & forecast;
5.Support the relevant service quality programs to enhance & maintain the professional image of bank

C. Operation and compliance risk management
1.Ensure compliance to the Code of Conduct and local regulation.
2.Comply with the respective Money Laundering & Fraud Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activities, and report any suspicious activities to the respective Fraud / Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
3.To ensure all the operational and service issues are properly managed.
4.Ensure all Regulatory, Group Policies are adhered to, and proper risk controls are in place.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. At least 5 years of experience in collection functions for retail banking products
2. Familiar with the local debt regulation & legal procedure.
3. Able to communicate in written & spoken English and Mandarin
4. Good analytical and negotiation skills
5. Able to work under pressure and cope with change
6. Basic computer knowledge, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Outlook
7. Local legal network an advantage
