职位描述
TQM (Total Quality Management) Manager/质量经理—A Famous Multinational Company
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develops, establishes and maintains quality system, drive quality improvement culture to ensure excellent quality performance and customer satisfaction;
2. Develops, implement, and monitor the company’s quality system, process and customer satisfaction rating systems;
3. Drive effective problem solving process (Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions);
4. Build quality improvement culture in plant and lead continuous improvement activities to ensure plants’quality performance metrics;
5. Maintains contact with customers and suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met;
6. Be responsible for the implementation and coordination for retaining of ISO9000;
7. Fulfill responsibilities in Health & Safety as defined by legislation and the company H&S program;
8. Develop team competency through coaching, training and mentoring;
9. Be responsible for development of departmental budgets and maintaining costs;
10. Completes any other assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree, more than 7 years relevant experience, 3+ years at Management Level will be preferred;
2. Familiar with core quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, etc. , strong problem solving skills;
3. Knowledge of cost of quality;
4. Knowledge of Quality function deployment;
5. Management skills;
6. Good interpersonal skills, good team player;
7. Be proficient in verbal and writing English.
