知名外商独资企业聘：Senior Quality Manager/高级质量经理-有注塑行业品质管理经验者优先

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation and administration of a quality management system (QMS);
2. Take charge of quality control for manufactured parts;
3. Work with management to define company policy and procedures, to establish workflows, and to document work instructions;
4. Coordinate department level activities that relate to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS;
5. Participates in internal and external quality audit;
6. Audit the QMS and report to management problem areas and suggestions for improvement;
7. Make sure incoming materials’ and other products are strictly quality controlled;
8. Identify the key factors that affect customer satisfaction and take measures accordingly;
9. Identify the key factors that affect the COPQ;
10. Developing project to increase product pass rate and reduce COPQ;
11. Coordinate to take actions to handle customer complaints, secure customer satisfaction;
12. Maintain motivated team with innovative organization in QA department;
13. Develop the competence of QA team to secure QA members can fulfill own responsibility well;
14. Conduct Performance Evaluation and guide team member to improve performance.

Requirments:

1. University degree (Bachelor Engineering), in electrical engineering or mechnical engineering or related field of study;
2. More than 5 years similar experience in manufacturing environment, and familiar with injection/molding industry is a plus.
3. Good knowledge about quality and environment management system;
4. Successful proven track record in quality assurance or purchasing management position, preferably in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
5. Good understanding of Six Sigma, analytical and strategic planning;
6. Solid experience with testing methods -Familiar with market prices and current market trends in the industry;
7. Strong trouble-shooting ability, results oriented and safety mind set is a must;
8. Good leadership, motivation and communication skills;
9. Good written and spoken English.
