职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of the training teams.
Develop the annual training & development plan as well as Training Budget which aligned with the business
strategy
Rational usage and maximize the effectiveness of the training budget to meet business needs.
Develop follow up action and tools to extend the effectiveness of training;
Manage the effectiveness of the training guideline and procedure while develops the training policy in linewith the business needs;
Build the network company-wide to collect the immediate training needs;
Consult with the department heads to be updated the latest trend of staffing from which ensure the on going training implementation in line with the challenge of personal issue in the organization;
Keep close contact with the member companies of the training network to lead company training practice stand on the front line of the same trade;
Manage the use of external consultants contracted to provide development services;
Drive for learning culture, ensure the improvement of employee's knowledge, skill and competency by the
development and implementation of training programs;
Drive for employee engagement by effectively Lead Employee Relation and Communication programs;
Lead Leadership Development Review programs;
Lead the Performance Review process per year before offering suggestion on performance management to department heads while recommends them on the needs of employees' training;
Lead Employee Survey Program and monitor follow-up actions.
As a bridge, to coordinate all corporate OD and T&D programs
Implement Regional OD and T&D strategies
Qualification:
Bachelor degree and certified trainer is preferred;
At least 5 years experience in employee training & development within at least 3 years Supervisory & Managerial role;
Familiar with the Manufacturing environment;
Strong experience in training design & delivery
Good command of oral and written English;
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
Strong strengths in area of energy, initiative, leadership and perspective;
Interpersonal skills that enhance effectiveness with all parts of the organization;
Ability to lead, motivate and influence others in a team-based organization;
Positive mindset;
Capable problem solver;
Committed to continuous quality improvement;
Planning and organization skills;
People and customer orientation;
Sensitive to cross-cultural environment.
Demonstrated ability to accept, lead and create change
