APAC Planning Manager/亚太区计划经理-美资快消企业

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Lead team members to execute the material plan for all direct materials based on rolling production plan to finalize the monthly, weekly and daily purchasing plan in sku level and manage the change of material plan to be in line with demand change.
2. Develop and manage the ERP material planning system in SAP implementation.
3. Lead team member to manage purchasing orders of all raw materials, package materials, indirect materials and POP materials to satisfy production plan and other corresponding requirements.
4. Inventory control management of all raw materials and package materials in a reasonable level.
5. Settle and follow up supplier quality issue in operation process and execute supplier performance review to identify the potential supply issue, and cooperate with sourcing team to improve the material availability and delivery stability.
6. Cooperate with related functions on material delivery plan for new product development and material switch project.
7. Build up, coach and manage the material planning team with high professional, growing ability and result-orientation to comply the company’s business target.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachalor degree or above
2. At least 3 years in a management role in material planning management, with at least 5 years working experience in the planning function of supply chain environment in FMCG industry
3. Strong ERP planning and SAP operation management skill
4. Strong leadership and communication skill
5. Demonstrate strong problem solvin and can handle multi-task efficiently
6. Be good at writing and reading English
