Location: Shenzhen, Shanghai,Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Manage product intelligence gathering process, identify evolving market needs and convert the market concepts into product ideas
2. Identify potential profitable customer segments and propose best product types/packages to meet the needs of these segments
3. Lead the company's Product Workgroup to prioritize product pipeline to meet the company's business strategy
4. Lead and coordinate all activities and resources relating to product development and implementation for all channels
5. Develop and recommend product strategy in conjunction with head of each sales channels
6. Analyze market opportunities and seek to maximize distribution channels
7. Implement, control and coordinate all product related activities between Marketing, sales channels, Actuarial, Risks, Legal, Training, Finance, CS, and IT
8. Monitor performance of existing products and be able to recommend any necessary amendment
9. Leverage product experience from other international markets

Requirements:
1. University grad, Marketing degree.
2. Over 6 years of experience in insurance marketing or product.
3. Direct marketing & bancassurance product experience is a plus.
4. Good teamwork spirit, preferred to have experience in cross-functional team.
5. Strong communication skill, good oral & written English is a plus.
