- Developing / Creating New customer who has goods needed to be delivered or maintained.
- Providing Our solution to customers on Warehouse / Transportation
Develop RFQ documentation
Work as a hunter
Develop customer with consultative value based selling approach and delivery and closure of tender
Market intelligence activities
Customer research
Drive market profiling and competitor analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges.
Ensure effective pricing strategies are developed to sustain profitable growth.
Designing cost-effective logistics solutions in key target sectors to meet customer requirements.
To support the expected substantial profitable growth of the business
To develop and agree a strategy that will maximise the profitable operation and growth of assigned contract operations, and contribute to the growth of the Country business as a whole.
To prepare and agree detailed plans for the achievement of objectives, and ensure their successful implementation.
To prepare, obtain agreement to, and ensure achievement of annual revenue, margin and cash targets for the businesses controlled.
To continually monitor all financial and other performance indicators, ensuring that effective mechanisms are in place to provide all necessary data for (Country) Ltd., and statutory reporting purposes, on an accurate and timely basis.
To ensure that adverse results and trends are investigated and appropriate remedial action is taken as quickly as possible.
To ensure that all controlled operations are appropriately staffed to meet all short-term operational and long-term development plans, and that maximum value is leveraged from the skills and experience available across the Country management and regional team
任职要求：
- Up to 5 years work experience for Warehouse
- Have specialized experience of LTL
- Have specialized experience of management and strong team work sprit
- Have good language abilities and a quick intellect
- Character cheerful,good at coordination and interpersonal communication
- Working in Shanghai
