职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage all supporting functions for Head of Operation (MIS, Training, Project Office, Quality management)
2. Close cooperation with other units within Operation department
3. Close cooperation with sales team on product design and related training manuals and training execution;
4. Close cooperation with risk team on product and process design and maintenance
5. Design of department process related documentation
6. Training of all related departments and teams
Job requirements:
1. University degree (Economics, Engineering, or other)
2. Minimum 3 years management experience from operation or customer service - management experience in retail financial services Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written)
3. Direct experience operation/customer service environment
4. Process management and quality management skills
5. Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet)
6. Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal
7. Hands-on but structured approach
8. Good command of Chinese Mandarin and English(written & spoken)
