Level:AM.~ Mgr., depends on the profile of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with branch management to provide support in all HR functions like recruitment, compensation and benefit administration, employee relationship, performance management and training coordination.
- Assist HR HQ to implement HR and related policies at branch level, providing advice/feedback on local implementation, ensuring alignment of procedures and policies across branches
- Act as local HR expertise to provide updated development on HR rules and regulations, assess the impact on HR operations and provide feedback to HR HQ for necessary action.

1. Staffing Function
· Work with hiring departments to fulfill manpower requirement timely
· Deepen and maintain recruitment channel and be familiar with local talent market
· Support country-wide recruitment projects like Mainland Management Trainees or Functional Trainee Recruitment
· Ensure completion of all employment procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Bank, the Group and the regulators.
· Hand in report with accuracy before deadline required.
2. Compensation and Benefits Function
· Maintain staff data base and ensure data accuracy and hand in report before deadline.
· Carry out payroll and benefits administration
· Provide consultancy service to branch management and feedback to HR HQ on local practices and regulations

3. Training Function
· Cooperate with TDD in course enrollment and record monitoring to meet internal/external compliance and legal requirements
4. Assist branch management and HR HQ to enhance staff’s engagement
· Provide advice and assistance to branch management on performance management, job rotation, staff deployment etc.
· Organize staff recreational activities to enhance team work and staff commitment
5. Build and maintain relationship with internal and external parties
· Build and maintain rapport with branch management by acting as their business partner
· Develop and maintain relationship with external parties like HR practitioners of other banks, Labor Bureau, Tax Bureau.


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above, major in HR management is preferred;
- More than 8 years of multi-national company working experience is preferable
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Good English/Chinese communication skills
- Attention to detail, results orientated, good organizational, analytical and planning skills and personal initiative.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flexible team player; willingness to assist others as needed
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
