职位描述

Location:深圳，上海，北京，杭州，南京

As a result of some exciting expansion we are looking for a Sales Team Leader to maintain and provide wealth management services for high net worth client in China. As a Sales Team Leader you would be responsible for the development of business relationships and maximising revenues from assigned and already developed private high net worth client accounts. You will need to develop knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinate efforts to service the client. In addition you will have the opportunity to build and develop a team to support you.

The Successful candidate will:

University graduate with a degree in Finance, Business or other related discipline. CFP license preferred
Holder or potential holder of Hong Kong SFC RA1 license
Demonstrated proven track record in Private Banking/Wealth Management of attaining substantial AUM with relevant market knowledge and experience with at least 5 years' experience and some experience in China financial market and management experience are preferred.
Good existing client relationships are essential.
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Good product knowledge and be familiar with relevant regulations and rules
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Sales position.
