职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Corporate and China HR department to provide support on system design, implementation, roll-out, updates, QA, training, maintenance, documentation and communication;
- Take full responsibility for HR information system implementation and roll-out
- Lead and establish project plans, create process documentation, coordinate test plans, and track milestones, indentify issues that may cause delays in deliverables or obstacles to meeting goals.
- Lead system governance and work with the HRIS team to ensure that functional requirements are analyzed, documented; also prioritize projects, evaluate costs and benefits of projects, and make recommendations regarding where resources may be required;
- Manage the change control procedure, and ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets
- Research best practices and keep abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals;
- Conduct new and ongoing training for system users, involve conducting courses for new users or working with users one-on-one or facilitating webinars; Responsible for creating and updating training materials, exercises and documentation;
- Manage internal resource and external suppliers;
- Focal point between IT and HR; Identify continuous system improvement opportunity and work with business stakeholders to deploy the enhancement
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Information Technology or Management related field;
- 7+ years work experience; at least 5+ years project management experience, with 2 full HR System implementation project experience;
- Good business acumen;
- Strong analytical and problem resolving skills;
- Prefer HR system experience in SAP/PeopleSoft or other leading HR applications
- Proven self-management skills that demonstrates the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Experience of managing ambiguity whilst navigating through it;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
