Requirements:
1. By following the relevant supervision requirements of China and the relevant stipulations of the Head Office, plan, set up, maintain and manage the data center for the China region(including the disaster backup center) , stipulate and timely update the supporting operation procedures so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the data center.
2. Take charge of the integration, operation, maintenance, upgrading and (equipment) abandonment management of the communication and host equipment system for the China region, which include: communication equipment and its system, security equipment and its system, host equipment and its platform(including operation system, middleware, databases, etc.); stipulate and timely update the supporting operation manuals to ensure the configuration meet the relevant supervision regulations and the requirement of bank business development and to effectively support the safe and stable operation of information system.
3. By referring to the annual production maintenance plan and disaster recovery practice plan for the China region, implement regular production maintenance and disaster recovery practices; revise the operation manuals for disaster recovery, emergency handling, etc.
4. Assist the position of the Information Technology Management Committee, assess and purchase the products with high Performance Price Ratio and ensure that they meet the relevant supervision regulations and the requirement of bank business development.
5. Take charge of the control of relevant suppliers so as to ensure that they abide by contracts and meet the relevant bank supervision regulations as well as to control the outsourcing risks.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in communication technology or related.
2. At least 3 years DC and network working experience for banks, especially on online banking network integration and maintenance.
3. Flexible and hardworking with good communication skills.
4. Good spoken and written English.
