Responsibility

1. NW management for S/China and China sister companies for corporate standard and shared IT NW service (e.g. WAN/LAN intranet access, internet access, Remote Access, etc);

2. NW service delivery management (e.g. Service level management, Financial management, Availability management, Continuity management, Capacity management) ;

3. NW service support management (e.g. Incident management, Problem management, Configuration management, Change management, Release management);

4. NW architecture and technical management;

5. Organization and human management.

Requirements

1. Degree: Bachelor, above 10 years related experience;

2. Enough experience to execute all of necessary tasks for NW service delivery and NW service support (including system implementation, system change and trouble shooting), and also NW architecture design and technical support for large scale company network by himself/herself as real PIC;

3. Enough experience for NW service delivery management and NW service support management as responsible manager and then provide visible and valuable contribution to company business and company management;

4. Enough experience for organization and human management and then provide visible and valuable accomplishment about capability improvement from head of IS (e.g. CIO) point of view.
