Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage product research: design research plans, formulate research framework and monitor status, etc. with sales driven purpose.

2. Conduct analysis on product performance tracking and customer profile etc.

3. Stay close to operation/sales team and customers to truly understand their needs and assist to develop/refine product plans, position products and create sales tools to maximize impact and penetration.

4. Support new product go to market to ensure the success of product launch.

5. Involve in product development and re-engineering, track the progress and manage product update, rationalization and standardization national wide.

6. Support sales team to execute leads generation, such as leads generation seminars, online and offline promotion etc.

7. Take lead in branding promotion activities.

8. Coordinate and lead customer communication related events, i.e. customer club, seminar, etc.

9. Take lead in customer satisfaction survey and relationship maintenance.

10. Other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

1. University Graduate and above major in Marketing/Business Management/ Economics/Statistics;

2. 5 years solid marketing experience prefer in Product Marketing;

3. Online marketing in ecommerce platform experience is a plus;

4. Proficiency in IT and ecommerce technologies advantageous;

5. Quick learner for all products and good internal & external communication skill;

6. Excellent English skills in both written and spoken;

7. Excellent MS Office skill;

8. Strong Analytical, fact-finding & problem solving skills;

9. Good Marketing Sense and Presentation Skills;

10. Good team work spirit and result-oriented responsibility.
