Responsibilities

1. Collect and deliver securities market IPO information and corporate action message to client

2. Advise and guide QFII clients for the smooth launching

3. Manage the QFII account opening processes.

4. Cross support Service Level Agreements and other agreements with clients and global custodians with related department.

5. Proactively communicate with clients about their enquiry that may have impact on clients'business operations.

6. Assist department head on the daily management of workflow and related system enhancement to improve our operation efficiency.

7. Assist Global Debit Service in the execution of Facility Agent tasks.

8. Closely work with other operations team and ensure client's inquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirement

1. College degree above with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience in financial services;

2. Solid knowledge of China securities market and regulation;

3. Positive attitude and able to take multi task efficiently;

4. Excellent communication skills and influence skills in both English and Chinese, written and spoken;

5. Independent, well-organized, logic thinking, strong analytical skills and attentive to details;

6. Open-Minded and be proactive team player;

7. Good time management and ability to work under pressure;

8. Sincere, proactive, self-motivated, outgoing personality with strong sense of responsibility;

9. Experienced in the application of MS Word, Excel and Power point.
