职位描述
Responsibility
1. Response for business requirement analysis, high level business & system solution proposal.
2. Project implementation management including schedule/risk/issue handling.
3. Response for vendor team management like resource/quality control.
4. Daily system support & maintenance management.
5. Establish good relationship with both business user and third-part vendor.
6. Support other Dept. BPR activities.
Requirement
1. Above 5 years in large scale global company IT department working experience is necessary.
2. Consolid business and IT knowledge of service related.
3. Good communication between business user and third party vendor.
4. Good management skill to fulfill daily operation smoothly.
5. University degree at IT or related field.
6. Experience on Call-Center package/CRM system or service station system will be a plus.
7. Fluent oral & writing English is mandatory.
