职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Lead the team to achieve at least 100% of sales and revenue target.
2. Develop and implement sales plans to promote full range of products andservices to existing and potential customers.
3. Explore and identify market opportunities and respond within corporate guidelines through products and/or delivery systems, adaptation or customization so that profit and growth objectives are met.
4. Lead and manage the team to fulfill the projects you team sold with highquality and customer satisfaction.
5. Recruit, manage, motivate and train up team members. Monitor sales and evenue performance and evaluate standards of performance according to company guidelines.
6. Coordinate sales and fulfillment activities and ensure smooth communication with all other functions within ***, including D&O team, Finance, HR and IT teams.
7. Responsible for team cost control to reach high efficiency both on sales and fulfillment activities.
Requirements:
1. Solid working experience in consulting industry company for sales and consulting positions
2. Experience on sales and marketing activities and project management
3. 3 years Team management experience at least
4. University degree in financial, economic or risk/credit management.
5. Experience in sales strategy planning and budgeting
6. Excellent people management skills
7. Direct new Customer Acquisition Experience
8. Highly Customer Focused and results driven.
