Job Responsibility

1. Provide sale coach and track branch sale activities:

-Prepare sale scripts based on product training materials;

-help sales to be familiar with the sales scripts by role playing;

2. Conduct continuing education for sales on products, investment basics, asset allocation strategies, etc;

3. Able to provide counseling to clients on market view, trade ideas, explanation of products by co-operating with sales on joining clients meeting, and jointly close deals with ARM/PRM;

4. New product and product retooling be conducted as required by products managers to meet new product launch schedule;

5. Be the speaker of mini client events; tack event sales and client following up results; help product manager on coordinating country level customer events;

6. Collect customer and sales feedback to help product manager on improving product design, sale process, and training materials;

7. Assist Product Manager to monitor and achieve the target.

Requirements

1. University bachelor or above degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent;

2. At least 3 years of experience in financial industry and above 2 years of mutual fund & insurance product experience is necessary;

3. Have good knowledge in Wealth Management products and Bank Insurance products;

4. Sound analytical mind and able to interpret economic data;

5. Good communication skill and presentation skill; had sale experience;

6. Must have (or willing to learn) a broad based investment-related exposure and background in order to multi-task within a small team;

7. Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in business initiatives.
