Key responsibilities:

1.Manage a team of risk system professionals to implement the plans and execute the risk support in the region.
2. Maintain strong working relationship with Hong Kong based Risk Infrastructure team on work scheduling, deliverable quality and work standard for Shanghai team.
3. Provide motivational leadership, manage performance and build team work.
4. Maintain effective partnership with regional stakeholders, such as IT, Asia Pacific Risk.
5. Establish efficient and robust processes to ensure quality production usage and support of multiple risk systems.
6. Identify areas of automation in risk systems, enable adoption of best practice and facilitate building center of excellence.
7. Assist in management of Shanghai team budget and risk system budgets in the region.

Requirements
1. University graduate preferably in information system, engineering, business administration, risk management or equivalent.
2. Over ten years' banking experience preferably in credit related discipline with solid line management experience.
3. Excellent inter-personal & leadership skills.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Analytical and able to manage complex risk systems.
6. Knowledge of Basel II would be a definite advantage.
7. Business as well as technical oriented. Able to communicate with Business and IT.
8. Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
