Position Description:

1.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include documenting a wide variety of technical documents for a large technology/business project.

2.Deliverables include high-level design documents, detailed-design documents, detailed technical diagrams, end-user documentation, support model documentation and user guides in both English and Chinese.

3.Scope covers all layers of technical infrastructure and business systems.

4.The candidate will also help coach our staffs in both technical and non-technical English writing.

Skills Required

• Knowledge in the Instructional Design Process.
• Expertise required in technical diagram.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to participate in detailed technical workshops with senior IT Managers covering the full business/technologystack and write up accurate, detailed and standardised documents with little external support.
• Creativity and ability to visualize.
• Comfort in communicating with staff and management at all levels in the Firm.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Solid writing and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Visio.
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese.
• Degree: Bachelor ,Above 5 years related experience.
