DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Act as key Business Partner, develop and review critical business, operating and financial processes and ensure adequate controls are in place and risks are appropriately managed

2. Develop processes to forecast long-term divisional financial performance, identify key metric goals, evaluate on-going profit performance and recommend revenue and expense strategy and tactics.

3. Prepare and submit annual budget, control, monitor and report results to local business leads on a montly basis. Provide professional solutions on budget & cost control.

4. Coordinate and supervise deadline driven monthly / quarterly closes, together with all balance sheet and income statement analyses.

5. Build up an efficient and effective financial team, select/train/develop/motivate team members and monitor performance.

6. Lead in-house and / or outsourced Accountants to ensure compliance and reporting for all entities within the region.

7. Build effective working relations with Corporate functions: Corporate CFO, CAO, Treasury, Tax, and Legal teams

8. Take a leadership role in the integration phase of potential acquisitions.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

- Over 10 years of Financial Controller level experience in a multinational company required.

- Over 3 years public accounting & audit experience are highly preferred.

- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, in particular software revenue recognition.

- Extensive knowledge of international and local, statutory accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Proven financial related experience such as treasury, project management, cash management, and tax.

- M&A experience preferred.

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above majored in finance, accounting or related fields

- CPA or equivalent is required

3. Languages:

- Excellent command in both written and spoken English.

- For expatriate, mandarin is required.
