Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all lease contracts/premises acquisition of the bank are properly handled as per policy and guideline.

2. Familiar with contract law and protect the bank interest by building proper terms and conditions of the contract signed.

3. Manage tendering process and judgment to tender analysis for fair award of contracts.

4. Plan for the leasing strategies and offer to business units to cope with bank objective.

5. Provide market updates for management and business unit information.

6. Cost control in every aspects to the best interest of the bank.

7. Plan for the contract administration system to facilitate business planning.

8. Motivate and manage the subordinates to perform their duties and to attain the objectives of the Department.

9. Set objectives for the team in line with business goal and lead the team to achieve the targets.

10. Work with other teams for projects/plans roll out.

11. Communicate with the bank in HK for standard of work, Group policy and sharing of experience.

12. Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank.

13. Ensure the compliance of relevant ordinance, statutory requirements and group policy.

14. Compile work manual and guideline for subordinates.

Professional Knowledge & Skills:

1. Professional knowledge in contract administration /quantity surveying (QS) and leasing/housing management..

2. 5-10 years as Manager in charge of in contract administration /quantity surveying (QS) and leasing in a large bank / Consultant Firm to gain a full understanding of all works related aspects.

3. University Graduate in Quantity Surveying or Leasing/Housing Management or equivalent
