Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all aspects and accuracy of a transaction;

2. Key liaison person with external legal, accounting advisors;

3. Anticipates issues, creatively responds to obstacles and takes appropriate action to remedy;

4. Source potential investment opportunities;

5. Manage information flow among client and team completely and efficiently;

6. Proactively generates new ideas and recognizes business opportunities;

7. Identify and maintain contacts of sizeable companies for potential investment;

8. Create a network and further increase deal flow;

9. Perform industry research and due diligence to support the investment activities;

10. Manage the overall execution of an investment and ensure members of the team are working cohesively to evaluate the attractiveness of an opportunity;

11. Manage investment portfolio and work with portfolio company management;

12. Provide hands-on operational and strategic guidance to portfolio companies

13. Support the Managing Director/Director in formulating and executing its overall investment strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. MBA from top universities in China or overseas.

2. At least 3 years post MBA working experience in local investment bank, security houses, private equity or management consulting firms. If no MBA, at least 6 to 7 years relevant working experience.

3. Ability to independently manage the execution of the entire vigorous due diligence process including market, financial, legal and operational due diligence.

4. Strong interpersonal, team building, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the team members and external stakeholders.

5. Able to demonstrate commercial acumen and business skills to develop and expand profitable business opportunities.

6. Strong analytical capabilities.

7. Strong work integrity and ethic and be capable of performing under pressure in pursuit of results.
