Responsibilities
1.Providing application portfolio management and break/fix support on various payments application systems across Asia branches.
2.Handle users queries from different Asia Branches and provide 1st tier application support.
3.Ensure application stability and maintaining up-to-date bank core technologies.
4.Supporting AIT application maintenance and enhancement requests, including project documentation is in place and is completed to a good standard
5.Supporting adhoc system development on other Asia projects evolved from operational or product initiatives, following the bank’s software development processes.

Requirements
1.A degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or an equivalent number of years experience in Information Technology

2.3-5years of relevant working experience in supporting business applications,preferably in financial institution
3.Experience in vendor management and production support
4.Experience in Application Portfolio management
5.Experience in Linux/Unix server support is an advantage
6.Experience in MS SQL Server / Oracle /.NET /Java / Weblogic is an advantage
7.Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences
8.Self initiated, able to work independently and a good team player.
9.Strong sense of responsibility for achieving objectives and accountability for results.
10.Excellent command of written and spoken of Mandarin and English.
11.Flexibility to work with International colleagues across various time zones.
