职位描述

Responsibilities / Tasks:

1. Responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of FCY

2. Responsible for inward/outward payment and related regulatory report

3. Validates, monitors & measures the efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end Operations processes

4. Applies GBS and Business strategies and objectives across product and business lines within all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs

5. Attend the FCY processing/regulatory report related project, analysis the requirement, raise the system enhancement request if need.

6. Where appropriate, builds and maintains relationships with front office clients to provide a point of contact within the GBS functional team for time critical, complex or regulated tasks in particular Informs product / function development to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends, acting in an Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity

7. Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the COO and Organization Leadership functions; responsible for directing the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions within own area of responsibility

8. Informs the design and implementation of strategies to ensure continuous process improvement and partners with the GBS COO and Change functions to scope and define change projects to deliver process and performance improvement

9. Manages delivery of service operations to agreed budgetary targets; provides financial management information and reports to Operations Manager and Function / Product Heads as appropriate

10. Validates, monitors & measures the efficiency and effectiveness of own end-to-end Operations processes

11. Provides direction, oversight, advice and guidance to direct reports and functional teams within own area of responsibility to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement

SELECTION CRITERIA

1. University Degree

2. 8-10 years relevant experience in a similar field

3. Be familiar with PBOC/SAFE regulations for foreign exchange business and RMB X-border business

4. Expert-level analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving

5. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal)

6. Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization

7. Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the GBS offering, to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment

8. Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members, confident and a team player

9. Experience in managing system outages and follow-up actions from an Operations perspective
