职位描述：解答用户来电咨询、投诉、服务要求等，并利用电脑系统进行信息输入
岗位要求：1、户籍不限；2、中专及以上学历；3、普通话能力较好，没有口吃、不良习惯口语等；4、汉字输入不少于35字/分钟；5、稳定性佳，有责任感，性格温和。
工作时间：
白 班 08：30 - 17：30；以白班为主；
加班 时间 18：00 - 20：00（排班制，一周约加班2次，有5元/次晚餐补贴）；
中 班 11：30 - 20：00（排班制，有5元/次晚餐补贴）；
一周做五休二，休息日轮休制（坐席为365日全日无休），不能保证是周六或周日休息。
