Education / Professional Qualifications :
? Diploma or Bachelor degree in a business or HR related discipline
Relevant Experience required:
? 2-3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in multinational companies or financial institutions
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
Other Skills required :
(e.g. Product knowledge, Language ability, PC skills, Personal attributes etc)
? Ability to prioritize, to identify potential issues, and solve problems
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin essential, Shanghai dialet a plus)
? Proficient in Excel, PPT, Word operations and good knowledge of software utilization. Good commend of PeopleSoft is a plus.
? Organized, attentive to details and ability to plan and deliver independently
? Good team player
? Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and high ownership
