Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant
Reporting To: Program consultant
SBU/Platform: DPT
Location: China
General Summary
Facilitate the Decision Center meeting
Responsibility:
· ? Prepare the data before the meeting.
? Run BW report from SAP; Transfer data to designed Excel file, generate dashboard for project / management review;
? Manage Notes database, regularly update business / operation data;
· ? Facilitate the Decision center meeting
? Coordinate and facilitate meeting, meeting member is from each country in AP.
· ? Supply Chain coordinating
? Logistics: shipment tracking,
? Customs: database maintains and document management according to process required.
? Coordinate with I/E CSR, forwarder for shipment arrangement.
? Local movement for shipment from bonded warehouse to non-bonded warehouse.
? FSOP (First Standard Order Process) data maintains.
Qualifications:
· College diploma, preferably majored in International Trade or Foreign Trade English
· 1+ year of relevant working experience, foreign enterprise's working experience is preferable
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Good verbal and written communication capability in both English and Mandarin
· Good computer application skill, especially in Excel, can run Pivot table and do data analysis via chart.
· With a pleasant personality, can be a good team player and willing to learn and accept challenges
