Principal Accountabilities:

50% Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
? Manage the credit risk of a designated portfolio and/or commodity trading desk interacting with external and internal worldwide customers including counterparties, traders, marketing, legal, contract administration, operations, and BU leadership team members in order to underwrite and approve credit limit requests.
? Be involved in negotiating and structuring credit terms to mitigate risk while providing effective credit solutions.
? Provide guidance and support of complex deal structures as well as identifying/tracking high risk/watch list accounts. This requires rigorous analysis and succinct communication of customer financial position, business prospects, sector outlook, and commodity values underlying the transaction.
? Work closely with Credit Shared Service analysts, other Credit Relations tags, and the Global Credit Shared Services Manager to apply sound credit decisions and structures to avoid potential losses.

30% Manage Portfolio
? Relationship Management, Decision Making & Problem Solving as it relates to managing the portfolio’s credit risk on new and existing counterparties by:
o Underwriting assigned portfolio, financial statement analysis, making recommendations on limits exceeding authority or within individual signing authority.
? Provide timely responses to requests and informative updates/solutions acting as a liaison with Counterparty, Commercial Management, and Global Credit Shared Services Manager.

10% Compliance
? Planning for and managing the audit process and success planning.
? Maintaining data integrity.
? Ensuring that no more than 2% of reviews of active counterparties are overdue.
? Ensuring the different policies and procedures ( i.e Corporate Credit Policy, Platform Credit Policies, WW Platform Credit Policy, Money Laundering Rules etc) are properly understood by the Businesses and are abided by.

10% Projects
? As required when they occur

Required Qualifications
? Bachelors Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting or equivalent.
? Minimum of 7 years experience in commercial credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and industry sector analysis to determine counterparty credit risk and set credit limits within the trading/capital markets or with a financial institution
? A deep understanding of financial statement analysis.
? Self-starter, ability to independently manage own workflow and priorities within a fast-paced work environment.
? Ability to adapt to changes.
? Ability to establish a rapport with external and internal stakeholders worldwide with minimal supervision.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent written and spoken English.
? Excellent written and spoken Chinese Mandarin.
? Proven experience in creating a team spirit and in knowledge-sharing.
