Building design and construction management for new projects and modifications in China, regarding civil, structural and architectural works.

Main Responsibilities:
- Executes feasibility studies including technical descriptions, cost estimates and schedules
- Creates the bid package including expression of functional needs and linked documents
- Defines and/or validates the technical solutions, participates to or implements the design reviews
- Does the design studies technical offers, costs estimates and time-frames
- Validates the sub-contracted services. Validates the technical dossiers for further execution.
- Tracks the installation until the project is accepted by the customer.
- Ensures compliance with statutory regulations and technical standards.
- Provide reports to the lead engineers and manager.
- Applies quality system methodology of his/her engineering group

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years experience in civil engineering
- Good problem solving ability, project management and good communication skills.
- Be familiar with all disciplines of building and utilities, be capable of working as a team member
- Integrated with the others metiers (mechanical and electrical
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Confidentiality, mobility for traveling inside China.
- Be familiar with MS office (word, excel PowerPoint, Project) and Auto-CAD
