POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for complete new suspension seat design according to customer RFQ and specification
- Responsible for coordination inside engineering department with design, prototype, testing function and report to the Product Engineering Manager
- Product Legislation complies with FMVSS, ECE, and GB.
- Responsible for material selection
- Tolerance stack calculations and DFMEA
- Support Project Manager to have presentation with customer and support development project from concept to Manufacture phases
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
- Bachelor’s degree qualified with minimum 3 years work experience, seating or suspension experiences is highly preferred, have experience of new product design
- Be able to use English to communicate technical specification in global conference call with customer
- Knowledge of stamping process and injection process
- Knowledge of APQP and ECN process
- DFMEA skill usage
- Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit.
- Experience using Catia V5 R20 is preferred
- Native Korean, or Chinese can speak Korean
