My manager is: Commercial Director 商品部总监
My job is:
To manage and lead my buying teams to continuously improve ranges and promotions, ensuring sales margin targets are hit and then exceeded. My category plan supports delivery of the customer plan and customer promises of ‘I can get what I want’ and ‘The prices are good’.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
I am a Head because:

  • I run an operating unit, juggling competing steering wheel requirements to deliver a balanced set of results or services by managing and leading the work of people, departments and processes.
