Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the sell-in volume sell-out volume at the territory level
To implement the retail distribution plan and to develop mutual business plan and action plan through targeted retailers and wholesaler in the dedicated territory
2. Implement the commercial policy defined, by applying the entity's sales methods
3. Take responsibility for the whole seller and dealer accounts in his/her portfolio
4. Provide relevant training to all targeted customers within the dedicated territory
5. Conduct timely and effective communications for implementation of regional programs / promotions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree holder with major in engineering, business administration / management or MBA preferable
2. Adaptable to different working environment
3. Good communications, writing, analytical and problem solving skills
4. Capable of successfully working / making decisions in a highly competitive environment
5. At least 2-3 years sales or account management experience
6. Able to understand, speak and write English
