Job Description

1. Participates in business process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consulting engagements;

2. Constructs conceptual data and process models; Participating in the design and development of business or IT solutions based on client requirements. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in designing solutions.

3. Develops multi-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.

4. Participates in all phases of consulting or implementation projects.

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years experience in automotive industry or PDM/PLM field

2. PLM/BOM solution implementation or consultant experience

3. Demonstrates business architecturing and solution packaging skills

4. Experience in developing proposals and statements of work

5. Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams.

6. Automotive Industry Knowledge and familiar with vehicle development process;

7. Strong consulting skill and project skill in automotive industry;

8. PLM domain knowledge and related IT knowledge;

9. ERP, MES knowledge is preferred;
