IT Officer - Network Administrator

Responsibilities:
? Act as a help desk for users on Windows PCs.
? Maintain and trouble shoot Linux servers and Windows PCs.
? Maintain inventory and audits of hardware and software.
? Perform day-to-day WAN/LAN administration.
? Perform diagnostic and root-cause analysis of network problems.
? Propose and execute continuous improvements on IT solutions.

Requirements:
? Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
? At least 1 years hands on experience in WAN/LAN administration and PC support.
? Must have solid experience in maintaining networks and computers.
? Experience with software development an advantage.
? Good problem management skills, including root-cause analysis.
? Customer-oriented, self-motivated & able to work under pressure.
? Proactive with good interpersonal skill.
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Must have an interest in learning and be willing to solve problems.
