Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day WAN/LAN administration.
• Maintain and trouble shoot Linux servers and Windows PCs.
• Provide network support & related infrastructure technical solutions to internal end users.
• Perform diagnostic a root-cause analysis of network problems
• Propose and execute continuous improvements on network solutions

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 1 years hands on experience in WAN/LAN administration and PC support.
• Good problem management skills, including root-cause analysis
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated & able to work under pressure
• Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skill.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Must have an interest in learning and be willing to solve problems.
