工作职责：

- 通过电话为客户提供保险服务，营销公司指定产品，完成既定的业绩指标
- 根据公司的政策进行营销服务跟进
- 对客户资料进行系统录入，为成交客户填写保单
-自觉遵循公司电话销售质量考核标准，保证电话销售质量
- 严格遵守公司的数据保密制度

工作要求：
- 大专或以上学历
- 有良好服务意识或有电话客服或电话销售经验优先
- 口齿清晰，普通话标准，口头表达和沟通能力强，善于倾听
- 良好的电话技巧和应变能力
- 有耐心，能坚持，能在压力下工作，具有长期服务意向
- 学习能力强，良好的团队协作意识

- 计算机基本操作熟练，电脑打字速度在40字/分
