POSITION PURPOSE
Our client is a global leader in the FMCG industry. They have in their portfolio some of the global leading brands in the Homecare, Personal Care, and Food product categories. They are looking for the following position for their corporate head office in China.
POSITION MAIN DUTIES
· Lead team to achieve related categories performance of our customers, via category business planning, promotion arrangement and implementation and etc.;
· Effectively manage resource and maximize mutual benefits for both key customer and company to deliver joint business targets;
· Manage the business relationship and long term partnership with key customer;
· Ensure flawless innovation and activity implementation in key customer;
· Responsible to develop customer and shopper centric plans through good cooperation with internal cross functional teams;
· Optimize trade Investment through manage the customer P&L - by category and negotiate category trade funding.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
· At least 3 years related international key customer management experiences;
· Good understanding of channel and leading retailer customers (i.e. Walmart, Carrefour, etc.);
· Excellent communication skill;
· Quick Learner;
· Good English and Presentation skill;
· Good understanding on how to transfer shopper insight into customer category plan;
· Field management experiences and good negotiation skill are preferred.
· Bachelor degree and above, 5 years of relevant working experience is required , better from multinational FMCG company
· Skillful at Excel and PPT
